 The organic food is better than the normal one because it
 don't have any chemical or preservants. The organic food
is planted with no chemicals, is only planted with compost.

Compost

 The compost is a fertilizer that looks like soil used instead
of the chemicals. The compost is made by the organic wastes.
It takes 3 or 4 months to be ready and look like so.

Clemencia's answer: Yes becouse it is to have a better health.
Luis Agusto's answer: Yes becouse it is better for the enviromrnt becouse it dont use chemicals.

2.Do you think that the biocomposting and biorganic farming is better for the enviroment and for us?Expliain?

Clemencia's answer: Y es becouse it can have more nutrients than conventional food.
Luis Agusto's answer: Yes becouse it prevents the chemicals.
Esmeralda Paez (expert) answer: Yes becouse it is from thh nature and no modified from the humans.

3.Do you thing if we change the ingriedents to healthyer ones the taste would change yes or no?

Clemencia's answer: It would not change at all but the taste could be better
Luis Agusto's answer :It would not change becouse are the same ingridients but healthier.
Esmeralda Paez (expert) answer: It would not change becouse is natural

4. Do you know how to make compost ? If yes said the process.

Clemencia's answer: She dosen't know
Luis Agusto's answer: Yes it is make with the rests of organic food.
Esmeralda Paez (expert) answer:Yes first we need to collect the orgnic elements then they need tobe in a good temprature then all the mixture joined and then we need to mature the mixture.

How can we do transform some dishes from carnivals and festivals in to healthier ones?

General objective

To modyfy the traditional dishes of some carnivals and festivals to helthier ones

Specific objectives

  • The organic farming is better than the nomal one becouse it do not have chemicals
  • The compost is good for the enviroment becouse it reduce wastes and is a sustitute of chemicals in the organis farming
